ARTICLE 2 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

2.1. If the performance of the digital service starts before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, the Consumer accepts that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
2.2. For digital services, customized reports, and market research outputs, the Consumer accepts that withdrawal and return rights are restricted within the scope of applicable legislation.
2.3. Explicit and separate consent for this waiver is obtained during the ordering process.

ARTICLE 3 Subject

The subject of this text is to inform the Consumer about the delivery, cancellation, and refund conditions of digital research services provided through the YouReply platform in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 4 Basic Characteristics and Payment Information of the Research Services

4.1. The description, pricing, scope, and payment conditions of the research services are specified in your order confirmation, and these details have been approved by the Consumer.
4.2. Research services are delivered digitally through the YouReply platform.
4.3. Additional services such as premium analytics or expedited delivery may incur additional fees as specified during the ordering process.

ARTICLE 5 Validity Period of the Commitments

The prices specified in Article 5.1 are the sale prices. The advertised prices and promises shall remain valid until they are updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited time shall remain valid until the specified period expires.

ARTICLE 6 Delivery of Research Services

6.1. Research services shall be delivered through the YouReply platform within the timeframe specified in your order confirmation. Access to completed research data and reports will be provided through your YouReply account.
6.2. YouReply will notify the Consumer via email when research services are completed and ready for access.
6.3. The Consumer is obliged to review the delivered research services and notify YouReply of any issues within 7 days of delivery notification.

ARTICLE 7 Right of Withdrawal

7.1. For digital research services, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised once service performance has started with the Consumer's explicit consent.
7.2. Before service performance begins, cancellation requests may be submitted in writing via email.
7.3. If only part of the service has been performed, refund evaluation is made proportionally based on completed and approved service outputs.
7.4. Since services are delivered digitally, physical product return procedures (box/packaging/cargo) do not apply.
7.5. If a refund is approved, payment is returned through the original payment method within legal periods.
7.6. Processing, bank transfer, or intermediary timing differences may occur depending on payment providers.

ARTICLE 8 Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases such as: digital services performed instantly, services started with explicit consent before the withdrawal period, customized research/reporting services, and other exceptions defined by applicable legislation.

ARTICLE 9 General Provisions

9.1. The Consumer confirms that they read and approved service scope, pricing, delivery model, and cancellation conditions before purchase.
9.2. Service delivery is made digitally via the YouReply platform and no physical shipping obligation exists.
9.3. The Consumer is responsible for timely review and approval/rejection operations defined in the related service flow.
9.4. Legal records and transactional logs may be retained for statutory obligations.
9.5. For payment failures or charge reversals, the Seller reserves contractual and legal rights.

ARTICLE 10 Competent Court

The Consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set by applicable Turkish legislation.

ARTICLE 11 Other Provisions

This Pre-Information Form will proceed to the stage of establishing a Distance Sales Contract after it is read and accepted electronically by the Consumer.
