6.1. Research services shall be delivered through the YouReply platform within the timeframe specified in your order confirmation. Access to completed research data and reports will be provided through your YouReply account.
6.2. YouReply will notify the Consumer via email when research services are completed and ready for access.
6.3. The Consumer is obliged to review the delivered research services and notify YouReply of any issues within 7 days of delivery notification.
ARTICLE 7 Right of Withdrawal
7.1. In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by rejecting the product without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to him or to the person/institution indicated.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the Seller within the 14 (fourteen) day period via registered mail with acknowledgment, email, or fax.
7.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal for research services, the Consumer must notify YouReply in writing within the specified period. For product returns, the return form we sent to you must be completely filled out and included in the return package, and the return request must also be submitted through your YouReply account at www.youreply.com.tr.

7.5. The Seller is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents binding the Consumer within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
The Seller shall make all refunds specified above in a single installment in a manner appropriate to the payment method used by the Consumer at the time of purchase and without imposing any expense or obligation on the Consumer.
(If the Consumer used the installment option on their credit card at the time of purchase, the return process will be carried out in one installment by the bank; the bank paying the relevant amount to the Consumer in installments does not constitute a breach of this article.)
7.6. The shipping fee for Products returned due to the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
ARTICLE 8 Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Contracts regarding the sale of goods that are prepared according to the Consumer’s requests or clearly tailored to his personal needs, which are by nature not suitable for return and are prone to quick spoilage or may expire, and contracts relating to audio or video recordings, software programs, and computer consumables for which the packaging has been opened by the Consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
ARTICLE 8 General Provisions
8.1. The Consumer declares that they have read and acquired the necessary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to sale, its sale price, payment method, and delivery details as provided in this Form, and has given the necessary written confirmation.
8.2. By providing written confirmation of this Form, the Consumer confirms that, prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, they have accurately and completely obtained the address, the basic features of the ordered Products, the price of the Products including taxes, as well as the payment and delivery information that the Seller was required to provide.
8.3. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any issues encountered by the shipping company during the delivery of the Products to the Consumer, which may result in the ordered Products not being delivered.
8.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the Products intact, complete, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and, if applicable, with warranty documents and user manuals.
8.5. If it is determined that the Products cannot be supplied for a justified reason before the delivery period, the Seller may procure a Product of equivalent quality and price after informing the Consumer and obtaining their written approval.
8.6. In the event that delivery of the Products becomes impossible, the Seller shall inform the Consumer of this situation before the performance period arising from the contract expires and shall refund the total amount to the Consumer within 10 (ten) days.
8.7. If, for any reason, the payment for the Products is not made or is canceled in the bank records, the Seller shall be deemed to have been released from the obligation to deliver the Products.
8.8. If, for any reason, the price of the Products is not paid to the Seller, the Consumer shall return the Products to the Seller—bearing all associated costs—within 3 days from the Seller's notification.
