2- SUBJECT AND SCOPE
The subject of this Pre-Information Form (“Form”) is to provide information regarding the performance of the service—with its characteristics and price specified below—in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers numbered 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014 and numbered 29188.
3- FEATURES OF THE SERVICE AND PRICING (INCLUDING VAT)
3.1- The service provided by the SELLER through the website www.youreply.com.tr, known as YouReply, acts as an intermediary for researchers to share online research/surveys and to enable eligible participants using YouReply to view these surveys. After the Distance Sales Contract is signed, a connection is established between the researcher and the participant. The SELLER shall not be held liable for any unlawful or immoral data sharing by the researcher or participant, for any negative outcomes or damages resulting from communication between the participant and the researcher, or for any misuse of the service in violation of the provisions of the Distance Sales Contract. Additional clauses regarding the SELLER’s non-liability for issues arising during the use of the service are contained in the Distance Sales Contract.
3.2- The pricing from the researcher's perspective is as follows:
- Participant Fee
The researcher must pay the participants at least the minimum fee + VAT, as shown below, based on the average survey completion time.

In addition, to increase the motivation of participants to complete the survey form, researchers may pay participants more than the minimum fee specified.
- Basic Service Fee
40% of the total amount paid to the participants will be retained by the SELLER as the fee for the service provided. For researchers who register on our platform with university email addresses, this rate will be applied at 30%.
- Filtering Service Fee
Although the use of filters is not mandatory, if the researcher utilizes the filtering function to reach participants with different characteristics (e.g., age, gender, income level, etc.), the researcher must pay an additional commission fee of 1% to the SELLER for each filter used.
In consultancy services provided to individual researchers, for-profit and non-profit businesses, institutions, and organizations regarding research topics—such as problem definition and development of an appropriate approach, determination of research design, identification of the target audience and survey form design, data analysis and reporting of findings, locating participants for individual interviews and conducting the interviews, and market research—these additional services are not included in the basic service. Should these additional services be requested, the fee may be determined on a per-case basis according to the scope of the service and may vary.
3.3- Regarding the participants, YouReply guarantees that those who diligently and sincerely complete the survey forms will not be paid less than the minimum amounts specified below. In addition, researchers always have the option to set a higher participant fee, which may vary.

3.4- The prices do not include VAT; VAT will be added separately.
4- PAYMENT METHOD
4.1- The researcher is obliged to transfer the total research amount calculated as specified in Article 3 to the SELLER using the payment method determined by the SELLER after sharing the research link.
4.2- The SELLER shall ensure that, after the responses provided by the participants (who complete the survey via the online research link and are YouReply members) are approved by the researcher, the payments are made to the bank account specified by the participant.
5- GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1- The INFORMED PARTY declares that they have read and acquired the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the service, its price, and the payment method and performance procedure as specified in this Form, and have provided the necessary written confirmation.
5.2- By providing written confirmation of this Form, the INFORMED PARTY confirms that, prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, they have accurately and completely obtained the address, the basic features of the service offered, the price, and the payment information that the SELLER was required to provide.
6- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the nature of the service, the INFORMED PARTY acknowledges and declares that they do not have the right of withdrawal.
7- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In any disputes arising out of this Distance Sales Contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the province or district where the Buyer purchased the product or where their residence is located shall have jurisdiction up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade; for disputes exceeding this value, the Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
8- NOTICES AND EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
All correspondence between the parties regarding this Contract, except in cases of mandatory circumstances provided by law, shall be conducted via the contact information provided on the Website. The INFORMED PARTY acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the official books and commercial records of the SELLER, as well as the electronic data and computer records maintained in its database and servers, shall constitute binding, definitive, and exclusive evidence in any disputes arising from this Contract, and that this clause constitutes an evidence agreement within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
This Pre-Information Form will proceed to the stage of establishing a Distance Sales Contract after it is read and accepted electronically by the INFORMED PARTY.
WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CONSENTS
☐ I understand and accept that I cannot exercise my right of withdrawal if the performance of digital services and personalized content begins before the expiration of the fourteen-day right of withdrawal period.
☐ I understand and accept that market research, survey, and reporting services cannot be returned due to their nature and that there is no right of withdrawal.
☐ I understand and accept that my right of withdrawal will expire if the performance of the service begins in accordance with Article 15 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers numbered 6502.
☐ I declare that I waive my right of withdrawal for the situations mentioned above and give my explicit and separate consent on this matter.
I hereby confirm that I have obtained the preliminary information specified in this Pre-Information Form.
