Payments to participants are made via bank transfer (EFT). For payments to be processed smoothly, your IBAN information registered on the platform must be correct and belong to you. Researchers can pay research service fees via credit card or bank transfer.

Payments to participants are processed in bulk during the first week of each month, after the researcher approves the responses. The exact payment date depends on the researcher's approval timeline; therefore, some payments may carry over to the next payment period.

You can update your IBAN information from the profile settings section of your personal account page. After updating, your new IBAN will be effective from the next payment period. Please make sure your IBAN belongs to you and is linked to an active account.

The payment amount for each research is determined by the researcher based on the duration, scope, and complexity of the survey. Participants can see the payment amount listed on the research detail page before joining. Payment amounts are specified in Turkish Lira (TRY).

Researchers can receive invoices for service fee payments. Participants can access transfer receipt information from their bank account statements. For additional document requests, please contact our support team. info@youreply.com.tr

Payment delays can have various reasons:

  • The researcher has not yet approved your responses.
  • The bulk payment process has not yet been executed.
  • There is an error or mismatch in your IBAN information.
  • Bank-side EFT processing times (public holidays, weekends).
  • A pending verification or update on your account.
