Your personal data may be processed by YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Through this Information Notice prepared in our capacity as Data Controller, we inform users about which personal data is processed, for what purposes it is processed, how it is collected, the legal basis of processing, with whom it may be shared, and your rights listed under Article 11 of KVKK.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

We process personal data, including but not limited to: providing our services, improving and personalizing user experience, operating our online research platform, matching researchers with target participants, conducting market research, and processing payments. Where permitted, data may also be used to provide tailored marketing content.

We may share personal data with researchers and organizations using YouReply services, with service providers supporting our operations, and with authorized public institutions where legally required. Data may also be shared with your explicit consent for additional purposes.

Categories of Data Processed

YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company may collect and process the following categories of data:

1. Identity and account data such as name, date of birth, phone number, email, and profile information.

Please note that content shared within research workflows may be viewed, recorded, or exported by authorized research parties. Do not share data you do not want to be disclosed.
