Your research process consists of the following steps: First, you prepare and upload your survey form to the platform. Then you set the target number of participants and payment amount. After your research is reviewed, it is published and shown to eligible participants. As participants complete the survey, you can review, approve, or reject their responses.

After uploading your research, it is reviewed for content and ethical compliance. The review process is typically completed within 1-3 business days. Approved research is published immediately and shown to eligible participants.

The research service fee consists of the target number of participants, the payment amount per participant, and the platform service commission. The total cost is calculated and shown to you during the research creation phase. Payment is collected before the research is published.

After your research is completed, you can download your results in CSV or Excel format from your researcher panel. In addition to raw data, basic statistical summaries are also provided. Your data remains accessible for a certain period after the research is completed.
